OUR PASTOR & HIS WIFE

 

Michael and Mary Harris were married in May of 2014. From that day forward, their hearts’ desire has been to serve God as a couple and bring glory to His name. Starting out, they both participated in ministry in their local church in East Rochester, NY. Michael was an active disciple of his pastor, outreach leader, and member of the church council. Mary assisted with nursery duties, played guitar and sang during the regular worship services, and utilized music as a means to point people to Jesus Christ. Both were also heavily involved in special events presented by the church. The couple was launched in July of 2019 into Gates, New York, where they would open a new church within their fellowship. The church opened in Brockport in May 2021. Since that time, they have held Bible studies and conducted local outreaches all for the purpose of seeing people set free from their sin and enter into a loving, lasting relationship with God. They have witnessed numerous miracles done in Jesus’ name including demonstrable physical healings. This only serves as evidence that God cares about us and that He is still moving! Michael and Mary reside in Gates and along with their kind, exuberant golden retriever, Tucker. They are both grateful to have been delivered from a life of sin and privileged to now live a life in which they tell others about what Jesus has done for them!
